Welcome to Sandcrest Mar Vista, a three-bedroom, two-bath retreat where coastal calm meets curated detail. Multi-Home Compound

A three-bedroom, two-bath main residence sits at the front of the property. A detached one-bedroom, one-bath studio sits at the rear. Each has its own kitchen, entrance, and living area.

Four bedrooms in total, accommodating up to eight guests. All beds feature quality mattresses, clean linens, and practical bedroom layouts.

Three updated bathrooms with modern fixtures. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are supplied.

Both homes include full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils. Suitable for longer stays or guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.

The main residence features central heating and air conditioning. The studio is equipped with a dedicated mini-split system.
