San Zeno Di Montagna 2 Lake View & Garden - Province of Verona

Located just a 20 minutes drive from Lake Garda, this lake-view holiday villa is nestled in a street with little traffic and lots of peace, greenery and sunshine for the ultimate break amidst the mountains. The retreat has a large garden for the exclusive use of residents alongside an alfresco dining terrace and BBQ.

Inside, the modern villa has a very large living area with access to the kitchen and the outdoor terrace. In the comfortable living room, there is a wood stove and a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube for the delight of young and old. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, pod coffee machine, various utensils and a dining table.

The sleeping area is on the first floor, with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each room has a king-size mattress, perfect for quality rest after a long day spent visiting the artistic beauties of this wonderful city. There is also an annexe with a bathroom, double bedroom, kitchen and a double sofa bed. The accommodation is ideal for families, friends and business trips and can accommodate 9-11 guests.

There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor, both feature a shower, WC and bidet.

Please note: The ground floor annexe is not accessible in winter as there is no heating. Therefore, the house can accommodate up to a maximum of 11 people in summer, while in winter, it can only accommodate 9 beds. Guests can book for 11 people only from 25.03.23 till 20.10.23 when they can use the annexe in the villa.

The wood stove can be used only in the winter. The sofa bed on the first floor is not available during summer.

Extra charges:
A heating charge of €15/day is to be paid after the reservation and before arrival until the 15th of April.

Location

The house is located in a street with little traffic and is 21 minutes from Torri del Benaco, 50 minutes from Verona (Juliet's House) and the main shopping streets Via Mazzini, Corso Porta Borsari and Piazza Erbe, 30 minutes from Lazise and 40 minutes from Valpolicella. Moreover, the house is only 20 minutes away from the splendid Lake Garda and 10 minutes from the Prada-Costabella ski lifts. The area is full of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, tobacconists and groceries just 10 minutes away.

In addition, the house is near multiple downhills and trail tracks where you can enjoy the mountains and various sports. The nearest international airport is Milan Bergamo, approximately a 90-minute drive from the villa in San Zeno.
