🏠 Maximum occupancy: 6 guests at all times, including visitors.
🎉 No events, gatherings, or parties.
🔇 Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no outdoor amplified sound.
🚗 Parking: max 3 cars on-site; no RVs, trailers, or campers.
🐾 No pets due to health and allergy concerns.
🚭 No smoking of any kind.
🔥 No outdoor wood-burning fires, and no candles, incense, or open flames.

EMBRACE COUNTRY LIVING
Nestled on a forested hillside, wildlife is part of the experience, including spiders, ants, wasps, lizards, deer, and gophers. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the natural surroundings responsibly and mindfully. Please watch your step and be aware of gopher holes to avoid trips or falls.

SECURITY & PEACE OF MIND
For your safety and protection of the property, there is video surveillance on the front exterior of the house only. To comply with Sonoma County noise regulations, a noise monitor is installed outside, it measures decibels only, no video or audio recording.
