A bright and spacious flat in a rustic and modern loft style with lots of cosy wood and beautiful rich colours, perfect for enjoying togetherness or a family holiday. Approx. 45m2, with 1 separate bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, WC, window, washbasin, safe, cable flat screen TV and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, microwave with baking function and all cooking and eating utensils), dining table, very bright living room with comfortable sitting area (1 additional sleeping possibility), covered balcony terrace with table and chairs as well as direct access to the car park and green area, large garden and dining table. The flat is at ground level. A set of bed linen and towels are of course provided.
With covered balcony veranda with 1 table and 4 chairs and direct access to the car park and green area.
