With stunning views of Greers Ferry Lake & Sugarloaf, enjoy swimming, fishing, & kayaking right on Snakehead Cove or explore our 2-story private waterfall. The 3,500 sqft home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, finished basement, new hot tub, & fireplace. Outside you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, cozy fire pit and trails. Parking for up to 40 vehicles. *ALL EVENTS/ELOPEMENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL*

Refundable Damage Deposit
A security deposit is required to cover any damages or additional cleaning charges incurred during the Guest's stay. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages or additional expenses.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a 100% of the amount paid for their booking. If a cancellation is made after that point, they will not get a refund.
