✅ Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum is required for all reservations.

✅ Guest Access: Enjoy full access to the home, except for the locked owner’s closet and cleaner’s closet.

✅ Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs (50 lbs max each) are welcome for $150 per stay (no cats). Dogs must be crate-trained, and owners must clean up after them. Other small domesticated animals welcome.

✅ Gatherings & Events: Allowed with prior written approval and approved vendors. Unauthorized parties may result in immediate termination without refund.

✅ Security Cameras: The property has 4 exterior-facing cameras and 1 video doorbell for security purposes.

✅ Parking Rules:
🚗 Driveway parking for up to 3 cars – Do not block the sidewalk.
🚫 No overnight street parking – Violations incur a $150 fine per night.
