Wake up just steps from the beach in this freshly renovated coastal retreat, perfectly located directly across the street from the Gulf. With space to comfortably sleep up to six guests, this bright and welcoming getaway is ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to experience the best of Panama City Beach while enjoying resort-style amenities.

Inside, the home features a newly updated interior with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches designed to make your stay relaxing and effortless. With one bedroom and multiple sleeping spaces, everyone has room to unwind after a day in the sun.

Step outside and enjoy the community’s incredible amenities. Spend the afternoon cooling off in the pool, challenge friends to a game on the pickleball court, practice your short game on the putting green, or fire up one of the charcoal grills for a laid-back evening cookout. Covered picnic tables and a horseshoe pit make it easy to gather, relax, and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.

One of the best parts of this location is how easy it is to explore on foot. Walk to local favorites like Mike’s Oyster Bar, grab breakfast at the legendary Thomas Donut & Snack Shop, or enjoy drinks and live music at the beachfront Sandpiper Beacon Tiki Bar. When you’re ready for more adventure, you’re only about 10 minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park and just 15 minutes from the scenic coastal communities along 30A.

Guests will have access to a private one bedroom condo with two covered balconies, off the front and back of the unit. The community has a pool with an outdoor shower and bathrooms off of it. There is a clubhouse and outdoor tables and chairs. There is a shuffle board. Beach access is directly across the street. There is access to our beach chairs and beach umbrellas.

Located on the west side of town, near the quaint town of Laguna Beach. Walkable to PCBs local institution, Thomas's Donut and Snack Shop. There is a local boutique grocery store just down the road, a two-story beach accessory store, and brand name grocerier, drug store and coffee shop all within a ten minute drive. Also, Rosemary Beach is a quick 20 minute drive from the condo. Check out my guidebook for some additional recommendations.

Most guests drive and parking is readily available within this community. You can park right in front of your unit, no waiting on elevators. Should you happen to be flying, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is a quick 20 minute drive to the condo.

Please note that this condo is located on the second floor. This community does not have an elevator. This unit is located directly across from the pool. We offer a couple of beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. Parking is available for one vehicle, an additional vehicle will be a charge of $30. A maximum of two cars is allowed. If you need an additional parking pass or if you are flying, please let us know. The airport is a quick 20 minute ride from the unit. For your convenience we provide starter kits of the following supplies; Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash, Ground Coffee and Filters, Paper Towel, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Detergent, Dish Sponge, Laundry Detergent Pods, Toilet Paper, and a Trash Bag.
