Overview

Need a vacation that is truly relaxing even with small children? We have tried to think of everything little ones require to allow parents and grandparents to sit back and truly relax.

We have available a pack n play, high chair, baby gates, kids dishes, a white noise machine, night lights, toys, books, step stools, and even a potty seat. We also have a free-standing corral available to block off any mischief. TVs and bookshelves are secured for your peace of mind.

The bedrooms have brand new mattresses. Downstairs you'll find a king and a queen, upstairs is a queen. The bunk room (downstairs) has two twins and an extra kids mattress available.

The entire space is available to guests except for a locked cabinet outside and a locked closet inside.

I will be available via text message for any questions.

We love this quiet neighborhood for walks - the neighbors are super friendly and there are always kids around riding bikes and playing basketball.

The driveway has two long sides to fit six cars, or have room for a boat trailer, or an RV for larger family gatherings. Please note no on-street parking is allowed.

Dogs are welcome with an additional fee upon approval.

We have a pack n play with optional bassinette attachment - call me if you need instructions setting it up. We also have a baby gate and flexible corral if needed to block off anything you don't want your kids getting into.

We have a long double-wide driveway that can fit up to 6 cars - fewer trucks. The concrete pad will fit two vehicles, the rest is gravel/mud.

Not Wheelchair Accessible

There are stairs to get into the house and stairs to get upstairs to the kitchen so it's not suitable for wheelchairs.

Please leave the house as you found it. Things happen, especially with small kids, but please let us know so we can try to repair or replace things for the next guest.
Checkout includes washing dishes, stripping your beds, and taking out your trash.

Payment Policy

50% deposit due to secure your stay with the remainder due at least 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund given up to 30 days before check in. Between 14 and 30 days, partial refund available. Within 14 days of check in, refund will only be given if property is re-booked.
