Walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, smoothies, mini golf and more! Hide away in the private backyard, with a heated pool, outdoor shower and BBQ grill. A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, coastal cottage with a private backyard and private driveway. Each king bedroom is dressed in okeo-tex bedding, blackout shades, dresser, closet, and a wall mounted tv.
One bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The other bathroom has a bathtub and shower, located in the hall next to the second bedroom. Bathrooms are stocked with okeo-tex linens, eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hand soap, organic feminine products, and bamboo toilet paper. The living space has an open floor plan, a wall mounted tv in the living room, plenty of space for dining, and a kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Stainless steel cookware, toxic free toaster oven/air fryer, ice maker, organic coffee, organic sweetener, and coffee creamer. There is a full laundry room with front load washer and dryer, non toxic laundry detergent, vacuum, first aid kit, non-toxic sunblock, and cooler. Additional effort is made to ensure Hip Nautic is sparkling clean, has clean air and a clean yard for those with children and allergies. For this reason, there is a VERY strict no pet policy at this property. Guests that bring pets will be subject to immediate cancellation along with an additional cleaning fee of $500.
