Welcome to our brand-new tiny home in Lake Country 🌿

We’re so excited to welcome you as one of our first guests! This brand new, private 588 sq ft tiny home is thoughtfully designed to feel cozy, calm, and highly functional — perfect for adventure-seekers, professionals, or anyone craving a peaceful stay.

The space features a warm boho aesthetic with natural textures and a relaxed, modern feel throughout.

Living & Sleeping
The bedroom features a king-sized bed with blackout curtains for a great night’s sleep. The living room offers a comfy sofa bed and a projector for cozy movie nights.

Gear Portal (aka: Adventure-Friendly Living)
We’ve created a dedicated “Gear Portal” for mountain bikes, skis, and snowboards. Inside you’ll find three heavy-duty hooks for bikes or wet gear, plus a boot & glove dryer to keep everything warm and ready for the next day.
If you need extra space, there’s secure storage under the deck where guests are welcome to store additional gear during their stay.

Kitchen & Workspace
Natural light pours in through the skylight, highlighting all new appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. We provide coffee beans, brown sugar, olive oil, and basic spices to get you started.

The supportive bar stools with solid backs double as comfortable workstations, paired with fast, reliable Wi-Fi — great for remote work.

Bathroom & Laundry
The full bathroom includes fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also have a full-size washer and dryer, along with a toxic-free, zero-waste laundry egg instead of traditional detergent.

Comfort & Climate
The home has air conditioning and heating, controlled by remote, with units in both the living/kitchen area and the bedroom for year-round comfort.

Community Perks
While this is a fully private tiny home, it’s part of a friendly new community. Guests are welcome to use the community pickleball court, and we provide rackets for two.

New Community
***Please note that this is a BRAND new community, so there is still some construction happening. There is no construction on weekends and work doesn’t begin until 8AM on week days. Our landscaping will not be finished until May or June.

Free street parking is available. Dogs are welcome, but must be added to your stay. We do not accept cats due to wanting to keep the furniture in good shape.

Guests have access to the whole home and front porch, as long as they are considerate with noise as we do have neighbours :)
