Upper Level – Main House
This level features the main kitchen and living spaces with an easy indoor-outdoor flow to the deck and its incredible sunset views.
Bedroom 1: California King bed + Daybed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.

Lower Level – Guest House
Accessed via a short, well-lit exterior path, this level offers its own private space.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Queen bed + Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed.

All bedrooms include blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and air conditioning to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Family-Friendly Extras:
We welcome families and provide a Pack ’n Play, bassinet, high chair, plastic dinnerware, and a selection of books and toys.

You will have private access to the entire property, including both the main house and the guest house. Enjoy the deck, hot tub, pickleball court, game room, movie theater, and all other outdoor amenities exclusively for your group.

The only exceptions are a locked walk-in closet in the primary bathroom and one closet in the guest house, which are reserved for owner supplies.
