Sunset Terrace is designed for quiet, respectful stays and is not suitable for loud parties or events. Outdoor security cameras are in place for guest safety, and we’re always available to help before and during your stay.

Guests will have private access to the entire property, including both the main house and the guest house, the deck, hot tub, and all outdoor amenities. The only exceptions are a locked walk-in closet in the primary bathroom and one closet in the guest house, which are reserved for owner supplies.

We are committed to providing a five-star experience and are available via the messaging app for any questions or needs that may arise. We respect your privacy and will not be present on the property during your stay, allowing you to enjoy the retreat with your group.
