This area seamlessly combines a comfortable living room (with smart TV and standard channels for your entertainment), a fully equipped kitchen (with Kenwood Brewmaster coffee machine and an aeropress), and a dining area, making it ideal for socialising or relaxing after a day of exploring. From here, you can access the private back garden, complete with outdoor seating and a table—perfect for al fresco dining or a quiet morning coffee. A convenient toilet is also located on this level.
