This property is very conveniently located. Next to the entrance of the Botanic Gardens and 10 minutes walk to the Savannah and Zoo. There are several restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk, ranging from casual poolside dining to Trinidad's top fine dining restaurant, Chaud. 10 minutes walk away from a grocery, shops with high quality local goods, a wine store and spa. 5-10 minutes drive to the adjacent neighbourhoods of downtown POS, St. Clair, Woodbrook and Maraval.

Because of the central location, you can get around by foot in the immediate area. Taxis should be arranged for anything more than 5 minutes away and at night.
