While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.

✹For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
✹Please be aware that the HOA permits only registered guests and vehicles within the area. A limit of 10 guests and 4 cars is enforced. No more than 10 guests or 4 cars may enter Penn Estates. If arranging for a private chef, they must be included in your reservation along with their vehicle. For Uber and DoorDash services, please contact us in advance to arrange clearance at the security gate.
✹Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
