The space

Unlike many other villas advertised in Bali, Kubu Elena is right in the heart of the Balinese Hindu village - just a 5-minute walk to the beach, cafés, and local warungs. Here you’ll experience “Old Bali”: warm, welcoming locals, colorful ceremonies, and a slower pace of life with modern comforts and luxury waiting at home.

Our villa is designed in the style of a Balinese compound, with two private separate bedrooms and a two-story communal space. This thoughtful layout balances privacy with shared living, making it ideal for families or friends.

Step outside to lush gardens and a sparkling saltwater pool, or head upstairs to the rooftop terrace for 360° mountain and ocean views, the perfect spot for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.

Inside, the air-conditioned lounge and open-plan kitchen open directly onto the garden, blending indoor comfort with outdoor beauty. Upstairs, the media room doubles as an extra bedroom and in-house movie theater - a favorite hangout for teenagers or family movie nights.

Kadek, our cook, prepares a light breakfast Monday - Friday (included) using fresh local ingredients. Housekeeping and garden/pool care are also provided. For a small extra cost, you can enjoy in-villa massages, facials, or Balinese dinners prepared just for you.
