Oceanwalk 1: Walk out the front door and onto the beach from this beautiful and spacious townhouse. Professionally designed and fully equipped with everything you need, Oceanwalk 1 is the perfect place for your family beach vacation or long-term stay! There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a bathroom on each level, with 4 beds and a queen sized air mattress. The first level has one bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom. There is also a dedicated laundry area on this level. The second level boasts a beautiful kitchen with a large island, 5 burner gas stove, upgraded appliances and a beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, living space and balcony. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. The third level has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms! The primary bathroom offers an amazing jetted tub and a large walk-in shower.

Oceanwalk 2: Our newest townhouse addition! Steps from the beach, professionally designed and fully equipped with everything you need. Stay for a short trip or come for a long stay. This spacious townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a bathroom on each level. The first level has one bedroom with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and a full bathroom. There is also a dedicated laundry area on this level. The second level boasts a beautiful kitchen with a large island, fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful open kitchen, dining, living space and balcony. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. The third level has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and king beds! The primary bathroom offers a tub and a large walk-in shower.

Both have a balcony on the 2nd floor accessed from the living room and on the third floor accessed from the main bedroom.
These units together host up to 16 people

Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
