Welcome to the Island! Relax and enjoy our direct oceanfront, pool front, newly renovated one bedroom, one bathroom, beautiful beach villa. Look out your balcony and see nothing but ocean water! Listen to the waves on your spacious, private balcony, while soaking up the sun during the day or relaxing & star gazing at night. You will enjoy the wonderful accommodations and convenient location very close to the popular Coligny Plaza with spectacular views at Ocean Dunes!

Our deluxe villa is conveniently located on popular South Forest Beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza has served as Hilton Head Island’s downtown for decades. It is home to some of the most exciting shopping, entertainment and dining on the island. You can discover over 25 stores and 24 bars and restaurants including the popular Tiki Hut, which offers barefoot sand volleyball and amazing live music.
Enjoy the day biking around the island and exploring Hilton Head’s 15 miles of sandy beaches or take the tour of the historic lighthouse at Harbour Town. If you’re feeling a little more adventurous, spend the day deep sea fishing, para sailing, jet skiing, tennis and more. Lastly, Hilton Head is home to some of the best golfing in the world!
