Enjoy our quiet beach and swim in the warmest waters north of the Carolinas. Watch the seals sunbathe at low tide while the herons and sandpipers search for hermit crabs. Enjoy the panoramic water view and amazing sunsets. You need only pack a bag, everything you need is close by.
The cottage has two bedrooms. One in the loft is quite large and has a Queen size bed and reading nook. You can see the ocean from this room.

The other is on the main floor. Also with a Queen bed. The main floor bedroom has a set of bunk beds as well.

The main room has two couches, two comfy chairs and a kitchen table for up to six (4 chairs at table, a set of folding chairs under bed, if needed.)

The addition of a new heat pump provides comforting Air Conditioning during the warmer summer days.

The bathroom has a large soaker tub for two with an electric fireplace that sets a relaxing mood.

Pristine hot well water aplenty. We are on our own well that is tested annually. The water is some of the best drinking water you’ll ever taste.

We follow a recycling program that we would like our guests to respect. There is a notice on the fridge.
We would like to know if you would like to bring a pet. Please don’t allow them on the furniture and keep them under your control at all times outside. No smoking inside. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

We understand that plans have to change and life throws us twists. We have a flexible cancellation policy. We require full payment 48 hours before check in. Or cancellation may happen at that time.

Notes

Enjoy the large 2 person soaker tub with electric fireplace! In a sauna like setting. :)

We provide wood for the woodstove and firepit, with a donation can if you'd like to contribute to the purchase of it.

Well water is pristine. Drink up. Tested every year.
