While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
✔Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
✔Community amenities include the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, ball fields, miniature golf, bocce ball, children’s playground, and a community beach. Anyone who would like to use the amenities will have to pay $12 per day via credit or debit card at the pool gate (no cash accepted). This is a charge implemented by the community, not by the Host. Children under 3 years old will be let in for free.
