This custom home features 3 master bedrooms with ensuites, one being outside the main house above the garage. The bunkroom with custom built bunkbeds sleeps 6. There are two living areas with smart TV's to enjoy a movie. The upstairs living area has a gas starting fireplace. The deck has an outdoor fireplace and gas grill. The downstairs patio has a hot tub and corn hole. This luxurious home is located in the Nature's Walk area of Chinquapin close to the Clubhouse, most amenities and hiking.
Whole house with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located outside the main house above the garage. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all essential cookware. There is outdoor living with an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. There are two living areas, one with a wet bar. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

I fell in love with the 30-A area years ago when my first son was born. I love the bike paths and the way the community has preserved the natural setting of the area. The beaches are amazing and rival Caribbean beaches. I enjoy the local eateries, boutiques and art galleries. My children have grown up coming here and we have created many lasting memories here. I have owned vacation rentals since 2008 and have enjoyed sharing it with others who also come back year after year. In 2018 I purchased Deja Blue at Prominence. In 2019 I purchased Seaclusion at Seagrove Highlands and completely renovated it. Then in 2021 I purchased and renovated Sea La Vie at Kiva Dunes where you have the best of both worlds: golf and the beach. I just finished building a cabin in Chinquapin near Cashiers, NC. So now my guests can enjoy vacationing in any season.

New Custom built house. 3 master bedrooms with custom ensuite bathrooms, one with a free-standing soaker tub. One of the masters is located outside the main house above the garage for extra privacy. All masters have king sized beds. There is a custom built bunkroom with 2 full sized beds and 2 twin beds sleeping up to 6 people. This is a two story home with one master bedroom on the main level and one master bedroom and bunkroom on the lower level. The third master bedroom is located above the garage outside the main house. There are two gas starting fireplaces, one indoors and one outdoor. There is a hot tub, gas grill and corn hole. There are 5 smart TV's. There is also a washer and dryer. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
