About this place

Amazing river front property. You'll get access to the 2 upper floors (not the basement apartment). With free parking, AC, wifi and central location, this place has it all! One look at the view and you won't want to leave!

This is the perfect home away from home in Portland. Close to everything you could want or need to do in and around Portland and Clackamas.

Boat launch not far..

On the main floor are 2 bedrooms. One is a master with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed and there is another full bathroom.

On the main level is also the open living area, the huge deck overlooking the Willamette, then also a card game room.

Upstairs you have another master bedroom with King bed and ensuite. Then the second bedroom has a queen bed with another full bathroom on the second floor.

All controlled by central heat and AC.
