• No Smoking Policy – Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building, including the balcony. Violation of this policy will result in a 5,000 Baht fine and immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. A designated smoking area is available outside the building, near the condo’s shrine, where guests are welcome to smoke.
• Weekly Cleanings Included – A complimentary weekly cleaning service can be arranged during your stay at your convenience (upon request and subject to availability).
• Utilities Included – Electricity and water are covered in the rental price, within reasonable usage limits. Internet is also included.
• Flight Path Awareness – The condo, as well as the Nimman area is under a daytime flight path, a common feature west of the city. Flights stop in the evening, ensuring quiet nights.
