The apartment is approx. 50 sqm in size and has a 10 sqm balcony, a bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped modern kitchenette. The new fully equipped apartment with air conditioning, underfloor heating, café machine and fast (100MB) WiFi. It offers every comfort (large, comfortable king-size hotel bed, self check-in). We have a very comfortable double bed (180x200) in the bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for cooking. It offers: a stove, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator. The apartment is simply furnished with loving details. The air conditioning provides cooling on hot summer days. The underfloor heating provides a warm comfortable feel in winter. You can enjoy the water views or just go for a swim at the Old Danube that flows just around the corner.

The balcony is equipped with garden furniture.

There is a car parking space in the underground car park of the house for free use.
