To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you treat our home with the same respect you do your own.

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* Pets are welcome! Please include them in your guest count when booking.
* Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
* This is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space (including cigarettes, vapes, or cigars). A $200 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
* Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Only guests included in the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
* Please lock the door each time you leave the home.

**Important Information**

* **Guest & Party Policy:** Please input the correct number of guests that will be present, including children and pets. Any gathering larger than the stated guest count will be considered an event and subject to a $250+ fine, with risk of immediate forfeiture of your reservation.

* **Check-in/Out Times:**
* **Same-Day Bookings:** For bookings made after 1:00 PM for same-day arrival, please be aware we may need until 6:00 PM to have the home perfectly ready for you. We will notify you if this is the case.
* **Early Check-in:** A complimentary 3:00 PM check-in may be available. Earlier check-in (1-3 PM) is $20/hour. Check-in before 1:00 PM requires booking the previous night.
* **Late Check-out:** A complimentary 11:00 AM check-out may be available. A 1:00 PM check-out has a flat fee of $60. Check-out after 1:00 PM requires booking the following night.

* **Security:** For your safety and security, exterior video surveillance cameras are located at the front of the home and a Ring camera is at the entrance. Any attempt to disable or obscure the cameras is strictly prohibited.

* **Supplies:** We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

* **Neighborhood Note:** During Spring and Autumn season, Pollen and fallen leaf levels can be high. While we clean the patios before your arrival, we cannot control environmental factors. We are happy to arrange additional exterior cleaning upon request.

Other things to note
** We are currently experiencing pollen season, and the levels are particularly high. While we make every effort to remove pollen from the front and back patio areas prior to your arrival, we cannot control natural environmental factors, and it is likely that pollen will return throughout your stay. However, we are happy to arrange for additional cleaning of these exterior areas if requested.

*This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their equipment and needs.

*Our cleaning service furnishes start-up provisions, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to obtain additional items when the initial supply is exhausted.

*As you navigate the area, you may encounter some vacant homes, empty lots, and signs of systemic neglect. Nevertheless, you are just as likely to witness children playing, families congregating, and property owners endeavoring to rejuvenate the community that has been a cornerstone for generations. This neighborhood is undergoing significant revitalization, and we are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us. If, however, any aspect of this description gives you pause, please factor this into your decision before booking your Atlanta accommodations.

* Exterior video surveillance cameras are positioned at the front of the home to record footage and ensure the property's protection. A single Ring camera is also installed at the entrance. The recorded footage is kept private and may be used for safety, protection, and liability purposes, as well as to monitor occupancy, in compliance with Airbnb guidelines. This measure is designed without intent to compromise the expectation of privacy in public areas. Any attempt to disable or obscure the cameras is strictly prohibited.
