Modern one bedroom loft condo located in Southtown Corvallis with easy commutes to Oregon State University, downtown and the hospital.

Fully equipped kitchen along with bar stool seating. The bedroom offers plenty of closet storage as well as built in desk with available use of an iMac and comfortable Herman Miller desk chairs. Luxurious shower creates a spa like experience with the shower panel with multiple settings. Private fenced backyard offers plenty of outdoor seating & pet play space.
Located in a condo complex with private fully fenced backyard. While this unit and neighboring units are typically very quiet, you may occasionally hear nearby neighbors.
