Entire House: All five bedrooms, the office space, both eating areas, the laundry room, and of course, the game room upstairs. It's all yours to enjoy.

Outdoor Spaces: Until the pool is ready, feel free to use the huge backyard for any gatherings, games, or just soaking up some sun. And once the pool is completed in May 2024, that'll be all yours to enjoy too.

Parking: The 3-car garage and the massive parking pad are available for any cars, boats, or RVs you bring along.

The only places off-limits are any locked utility closets or the construction area for the pool (until it's done). Everywhere else is set up for you to make the most of your stay!

Planning a Wedding Reception?: Our backyard is perfect for your big day! If you're thinking about hosting your wedding reception or any large event with us, please get in touch before booking. We'd love to chat about how we can make your event special and go over all the details, including any additional fees.

Quiet Hours: We're all for having a good time, but please be mindful of our neighbors. We enforce quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to keep everyone happy.

Parking: Got a lot of vehicles? No problem. We've got a massive parking pad that's perfect for your cars, boats, RVs, or any "riding toys" you're bringing along. Just give us a heads-up about how many vehicles you're planning to bring so we can make sure everything fits comfortably.

Check-In/Check-Out Times: Our standard check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need a bit of flexibility with these times, let us know in advance, and we'll see what we can do based on our booking schedule.

BBQ: We do provide a bbq for you to grill on but please not we do NOT provide the propane.

Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.
