Beautiful 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo at Majestic Beach Resort!

The perfect location, situated on the 7th floor of Majestic Beach Tower 2. This beautifully decorated, immaculate condo, overlooks 650 linear feet of sugar white gulf frontage and beautiful emerald green waters.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island, plenty of counter space and an eat at bar. There is also a wet bar equipped with an ice maker. Enjoy your perfectly chilled beverage while listening to the waves roll onto the beach.

Flat screen TVs in family room and all bedrooms. High speed internet and cable TV provided.

Laundry with full size washer and dryer allows you to pack light.

Enjoy the large master suite, with gulf views and access to the spacious balcony. Private, ensuite bathroom with garden tub, separate shower, makeup vanity and large walk-in closet.

High speed Internet and streaming provided. Flat screen TVs in family room and all bedrooms.

Majestic Market featuring Starbucks Coffee/Deli

Beach chair rentals, Sea-Doos, banana boats, paddle boards, etc. available for a daily fee to be arranged on the beach in season.

Quick distance to shopping, dining and entertainment at Pier Park. From this condo you are within steps of everything you could ever want at the beach!

St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, Frank Brown Park, Shipwreck Island water park, WonderWorks, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Gulf World and many more.

PLEASE NOTE:

Majestic Beach Resort has 24 hour onsite security

25-year-old renter minimum. Renter must occupy unit. Age verification required. Smoke free and Vape free unit. No pets.

Rental agreement and damage deposit required.

Fire code does not allow grilling on balcony but a separate “on site” grilling area is provided (see front desk in tower l or enjoy St. Andrews State Park only minutes away!)

Renters are responsible for soap and paper products during their stay. Initial supplies provided.

If you cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in, $500 of what you have paid is non refundable. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to your check, the entire reservation is non refundable.
