Luxus-Ferienwohnung für Ruhesuchende in der Natur

Owner lives on the property. no group bookings. no youth groups.Welcome to the guest and holiday apartment at Erlenweg in Uchte and classified as four-star by the DTV. Treat yourselves at our tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment and enjoy the surroundings of Uchte in the Mittelweser region on the northernmost border of Ostwestfalen. We run our property as an ecotourism establishment and attach importance to environmental awareness.
The apartment provides 100m² of luxury with a loggia. It was fully renovated in 2012 and provided with quality furnishing. The new bathroom meets the highest of standards. The apartment comprises a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a hallway, a large roofed loggia, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, oven and ceramic hob.
Our apartment is run solely on renewable energy. We heat with wood pellets, hot water and a large proportion of the heating are supplied by solar energy and we generate electricity with a 10kW photovoltaic system. The house the apartment is in is a low-energy house and owing to the measures above we have become an energy-plus house, which means we generate more power than we use.
We are situated in an area with a very attractive landscape in the Uchter Moor and there are many well-signposted cycling and hiking paths in the area. You can enjoy pure nature and peace and quiet in a traffic-free zone. You can go walking and cycling on the moor or in the Kirchdorfer Heide, play golf in Rehburg-Loccum or Wagenfeld, visit the Dinopark in Münchehagen and many other attractions nearby. And our treat for those who like sled dogs: at Bennies dog farm, you and your children can explore the fabulous moor landscape on a husky-drawn cart, or a sled if there is snow. From our own experience we can say that it is a fabulous, unforgettable experience. Various courses on the subject of sled dogs are also offered for children. Guided husky sled trips can also be arranged in Norway, please ask us for information.
