Step out your front door and you're directly in the village — dining, shopping, the shuttle stop, and ski locker access are all within 60 seconds.
This studio sleeps 4 and is best for couples or a small family who want true ski-in/ski-out convenience, stunning sunrise mountain views from the private balcony, and an upgraded kitchenette with quartz countertops. It's cozy and efficient — not a massive suite — but the location and access more than compensate.

• Pet policy: Highland House is a strictly pet-free building. Certified service animals are welcome with prior registration at the front desk.
• No smoking anywhere in the unit or on the balcony — $300 fine for violations
• No bikes indoors
• Sleeper sofa: The queen sleeper sofa is functional but provides a more basic sleep experience than the primary bed — best for kids or one adult
• Fireplace: Gas fireplace included; may not ignite during high winds — no refund issued
• Rental agreement required — will be sent via email after booking
• Cancellation policy: Guests receive 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival; 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival
• No cellphone service near the resort — download offline maps and confirm your route before leaving
