On the ground floor, is the fully equipped kitchen & the dining area with direct access to the pool where a beautiful garden and olive trees are. A comfortable living room, with a fireplace located on this floor as well. In the lower ground floor there is a play room 85m2 which includes a pool table, wooden football table, arcade with 5000 games, card table and Black Light Disco corner. The villa also provides 4 bathrooms & 1 wc in all floors and an exterior wc next to the pool.The design on both floors creates a cozy atmosphere and relaxing environment. In most areas you can enjoy the fantastic unobstructed view of the area and the sea! Dining outdoors is an experience you should definitely try and you most certainly will love it!The outdoor space of the villa provides everything you need for a memorable family holiday, including a 50 m2 private swimming pool (1.50 m deep for adults & 0,60 m for the children) in a beautiful terrace, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, where you’ll love spending your time, just enjoying the sun and the summer breeze! Furthermore, an outdoor shaded sitting area, where you can treat yourself to a nice glass of wine or just prepare a homemade meal in the BBQ facilities for the whole family, while your kids play right next to you, at the children’s playground, in the ping pong, or in the half basketball court!Spend some quality time with your loved ones and make the most out of your stay!
