The master suite includes a king bed, private balcony overlooking the Gulf, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bunk room features a full-over-two-twin bunk setup perfect for families, kids, or fishing trips.

A second bathroom includes a sink and toilet with direct access to a private enclosed outdoor shower featuring hot and cold water — perfect for rinsing off salt and sand after a day on the water.

The home also features a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances including a propane range, microwave, refrigerator, wine cooler, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
