Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique lighthouse cottage. We are located on a hill overlooking the caves and Bay of Fundy. You can listen to the waves and watch the tide come in and out from the top floor of your own private lighthouse. On a clear day, you can see Nova Scotia, and the West Quaco lighthouse from this cottage. Lots or deer around as well.This property has three stories with a deck on the top level. The bottom floor includes a half bath, full kitchen and mud room. The second floor has a full bathroom and a large bedroom. The top floor is a living room with panoramic views of the Bay of Fundy and the caves. One bedroom but pull-out bed is available on the top floor. No more than 4 guests. Not suitable for young children. Guests need to be able to use stairs. The driveway is made of gravel and up a hill. The road to the cottage is on a little-used road going just off the main drag by the caves.

You will choose a 4-digit key code for the door several days before your stay.

House Rules

No fireworks on our property.
Bonfires must be in the designated firepit and out before leaving it unattended. There is a metal grate provided to put over the pit for cooking and when you are finished with it. Please check the NB forest fire index before having a bonfire. You can search online- NB Forest Fire and check the map.
You must follow the burning guidelines, with no exceptions.

No smoking or vaping in the cottage. This includes marijuana.

Please report any issues or damage to your host right away.

Please clean up after yourself. Clean your dishes (or put them in the dishwasher), mop up any spills, and don't leave an excess mess for the cleaner.

Check-out is strictly at 11 AM. A late check-out will require a $100 charge per hour. Check-in is at 4 PM. We can sometimes accommodate an early check-in.

Payment Policy

Refundable Damage Deposit

Notes

Must be able to use stairs- three stories tall. The road leading up the cottage isn’t in the best of shape but it works. Please drive slowly until they get is fixed. The driveway is gravel and goes up a hill. This is a new build, to be completed Fall 2023. Landscaping will be completed by summer 2024.
