A Cozy Beach Cottage Near the Sea Caves & Fundy Tides

Just steps from the famous St. Martins Sea Caves, Sea Breeze Cottage offers a truly walkable coastal stay. The beach and two popular local restaurants are only a two-minute walk away, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the area without needing to drive. Fundy Trail Provincial Park is just minutes away for hiking and scenic coastal views, and the West Quaco Lighthouse is a short drive from the cottage.

Guests can spend their days hiking, kayaking, dining locally, or exploring the ocean floor at low tide—then return to a comfortable, relaxed beach house at the end of the day. Sea Breeze Cottage is also located near the ATV and snowmobile trail system, with Yeomans Road being a legal ATV road for easy trail access.
We also own the neighboring Blue Whale Cottage, making this a great option for larger groups or families traveling together who would like to stay close by.

Unlike newer builds, Sea Breeze Cottage feels connected to the rhythm of the Bay of Fundy. Guests can walk the ocean floor at low tide, watch the tides return, and enjoy the changing coastal scenery throughout the day. The cottage is fully winterized and available year-round, making it just as welcoming for quiet winter stays as it is for summer beach days.

The bedrooms are located upstairs, while the bathroom is on the main floor—a layout typical of historic homes and one many families find works well for their stay. The home offers a relaxed, lived-in feel rather than a polished or generic rental.
