About Laurel Hare’s Location

Laurel Hare is tucked along the edge of this charming historic area near Downtown Greenville.. The surrounding streets are lined with beautiful older homes, many thoughtfully restored, adding to the character that makes North Main so special.

Our street is one of the last blocks in the neighborhood still in the process of being updated, giving it an up-and-coming character with a mix of longtime residents and homes gradually being refreshed. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood, and our past guests have enjoyed staying at Laurel Hare with young children praising the quiet, calm, and yet easy access to downtown, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, parks, and local coffee shops.

Schools

Nearby schools include Stone Academy, Summit Drive Elementary, and League Academy. One of the neighborhood’s most charming everyday sights is seeing local families walk their children to school.
