type of building: Detached house. size of property: 300m². no group bookings. no youth groups.This country cottage is located in Trois-Ponts, Brume to be precise, which has been voted "the best place to live". Set in meadows, you'll have nothing but nature as far as the eye can see. Country-style, unusual, warm and comfortable, your stay will become a real dream. Despite this feeling of solitude and perfect peace and quiet, you're less than 10 minutes' drive from all the amenities, including shops, restaurants, a train and bus station, a bank, a tourist office, sporting activities, a wildlife park, an amusement park, etc.
You can enjoy large, well-facing terraces throughout the day. The house is surrounded by a terrace where you will find a dining table and chairs, and a gas BBQ (to be provided). Around the outdoor swimming pool, which is covered or semi-covered and heated all year round, you'll also find a large terrace with a lounge area and sun loungers. Further on, take a stroll along the paths lined with vegetation to reach the petanque court and, at the bottom of the garden, a KOTA where you can build a big fire and why not grill some sausages or cook some marshmallows (wood to be provided).
The house is on one level with only 2 steps separating the kitchen and bathroom from the living room and bedrooms. The chalet is surrounded by a terrace from which you enter the house. Entrance into the kitchen - dining room (5-burner piano and gas oven, fridge + freezer, microwave, small electrics, senseo, etc.). On one side, the living room with pellet stove, TV and internet. On the other side, the bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin, wc). Finally, the 2 bedrooms. Small utility room with washing machine.
In the countryside, quiet, no neighbours. Close to the village of Trois Ponts, Stavelot, Coo.
Unusual, country-style chalet located in the middle of the countryside but close to all amenities. Complete facilities: country-style kitchen, well-facing terraces, heated swimming pool that you can cover or leave uncovered.
