Guests have access to the entire home and front, back, and side yards, except for any locked areas or closets. Guests can access the floating dock via the gangway (please use caution). There is an unoccupied lot with an old home to the left of our house when you are looking at the lake. Please do not trespass on this property. Guests may park on the driveway pad and the street, but please do not park on the grass.

We do not live on the property.

Guests can message us before, during, and after their stay via the Airbnb App.

We will follow the guest's lead as far as interactions go.
