Very comfortable apartment just in front of the ski slope. One double bedroom, living room with kitchen corner, sofa-bed and balcony, bathroom with shower, wc, parking space in the house garage, ski-room and bike storage room.

We sell skipass in winter ( included special deals like Family E..... and Ski Wellness), and Kärnten Card in summer. In summer you can buy the "Kärnten Card", a special card that allows you to have free access to the main attractions of the region. In winter we can offer many special offers for ski passes, such as ski + spa, "Familien Eu" or "Ski-Thermen-Wochen" (special rates including a ski pass and a 50% discount on the Römerbad spa).
The city tax of 2.6 per person / night (adults only) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash at check-in. We welcome our guests to our office in the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Dorfstrsee 49, and after completing the registration we accompany them home to illustrate all the small details of the house. Throughout the stay we are available for any need and at the end of the holiday we greet guests directly in the rented house.The best way to get around Bad Kleinkirchheim is by car, but there is a convenient bus service, in summer with your Region Card (free for each guest) you can reach the cable car stations and the spa with the city bus , in winter many skibusses will take you to all the ski slopes.
