The interior design is particularly tasteful and reflects the charm and character of the 60 m² detached house. The attention to detail is recognisable in every single room. The tiled bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a TV as well as underfloor heating and a radiator to keep you cosy and warm in winter. The living room is furnished with a fireplace, flat-screen TV with satellite connection, stereo system and underfloor heating. The entrance area and the ground floor, including the shower, are at ground level.

In the village centre there is a Gulfhof converted into a restaurant, a village tavern and a small bakery. There is a larger supermarket in Emden, about 8 km away. The sea is approx. 4 km away on foot. The nearest major railway station is 10 km away.
