Come relax in our very well appointed home. Minutes to everything and walkable to Umstead Park.
The Space:
-3 Bedroom, 4 Bath home (ground floor king does not have a door, but does have a privacy panel; 3rd and 4th bathrooms are half bath - see floor plan pictures)
-Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room - apps loaded and ready for your login
-Full kitchen and separate dining area
-Front deck, back deck and patio with seating
-Keurig and drip coffee maker
-Full size washer and dryer
-One car garage
Amenities/Extras:
-Starter coffee pods
-Shampoo/Conditioner/Bodywash
-All bed linens, towels, wash cloths, dish rags
-Pack-n-play with sheets
-Charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal)
-Starter laundry pods
-Starter dish pods/dish soap/sponge
-Card and board games for kids and adults
Other Things to Note:
Home has 2 parking spots assigned - one in garage and one in front of garage. If additional parking is needed, guest spots are the non-numbered spots found around the neighborhood. The garage will hold a vehicle that is maximum 19.5 feet high, 92 inches wide and 81 inches tall.
We provide one garage door opener. There will be a $75 charge if this is lost or not returned.
2 outdoor cameras for safety, one driveway facing and one back yard facing.
Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $160 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.
