On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double beds ( 140x200 ) and another toilet. Bedrooms have exit on the terace with lounge sitting area. Each room have owen air-condition.

There is a private parking lot next to the house, and in front of the house is a lawn with an outdoor shower, barbecue, table and chairs. On the balcony and terrace on the ground floor there are tables and chairs for dining, on the terrace on the 1st floor there is lounge furniture and deckchairs for sunbathing.
