The space
Located just steps to the sand, the villa provides 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and boasts over 2,400 square feet of total interior living space. Modern coastal decor is matched with luxury linens and towels that rival any 5-star hotel. The furnishings are elegant and comfortable, whether you’re napping on the couch or playing with your little ones. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, whether you’re cooking for a large group or just enjoying coffee while watching the surfers. Our back patio provides a quiet getaway with a BBQ that can handle dinner for a large family.



The Seahorse villa is designed to make your time at the beach a wonderful memory, providing all the amenities you’d expect from your second home on the beach.



The master bedroom has an ocean view, front patio access, CA King bed, desk, sofa and available crib. The master bathroom has marble countertops, dual sinks, large shower, separate tub, toilet, 12 drawers and a walk-in closet.



Bedroom #2 has back patio access, two queen beds, ensuite bathroom, two large closets and an available pack and play. Bathroom #2 has marble countertops, dual sinks, large shower, separate tub, and toilet.



Bedroom #3 has back patio access, two queen beds and large closet with a second available pack and play.

Guest access
You will have the entire home, including access to our family games, toys, and beach equipment such as chairs, sand toys and boogie boards. There are also many books located in a book cabinet for all reading levels including baby board books, elementary age chapters books, and best-selling books for the adults in your group.
