The pool can be used from the beginning of April to mid-September. The oil museum in Wietze is always worth a visit, there is also a swimming and outdoor pool in Wietze and a quarry pond in nearby Südwinsen. canoeing on the Örtze or trips to Heidepark Soltau or Vogelpark Walsrode are just a few examples of nearby excursion destinations. the half-timbered town of Celle is only 25 km away.
