Privacy & Layout: Hearth shares one wall with the other short-term rental unit on the property. Both are fully private, with separate entrances and no shared living areas. The connecting wall has a sealed, soundproofed door behind bookshelves on both sides that stays locked, and a permanent privacy screen covers any nearby windows. While the soundproofing is thorough, normal activity from the other unit may occasionally be heard, similar to a connected townhouse or duplex.

You get full access to your own private hot tub, fire pit, patio dining area, and cozy indoor spaces.
