This privately owned home is self-catering.



To ensure your comfort level, we want you to know we have always and continue to use a professional cleaning company to clean and disinfect the Villa after every guest.



Our pool has solar heat. We offer gas heat for the pool if you prefer. The pool deck offers you plenty of sun, or you may prefer to sit in a cushioned chaise lounge under the portico, watching the many species of birds and wildlife that surround the lake. Enjoying the sunrise with coffee or sunsets with your beverage of choice never gets old. This outdoor space is amazing and relaxing. We have optional “kiddie” fencing on lanai for the security of small children.



Master bedroom has King bed with en suite, queen size bed in 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in 3rd and 4th bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms for your comfort.



Crescent Lakes is in Kissimmee, FL, and is a quiet up market residential area off hi-way 192 east of Disney. All the houses are well spaced out and are beautifully designed.



This Villa has a NO smoking policy and is self-catering. I will supply 1 roll of toilet paper and small hand soap in each bathroom.

The BBQ grill is available as a courtesy. Turn off gas and clean after use. If you empty the tank, please refill before you leave so the next quest can enjoy the grill as well.

You have access to the whole house.



Crescent Lakes is host to many lakes which are stocked with fish. You are welcome to fish in any of the lakes in the area.



There are shops and super-markets in the Kissimmee - Orlando area, as well as many restaurants and other activities (such as the worlds largest Sky-Coaster - a 300 foot free fall on the end of a steel rope).



Near-by Kissimmee Old Town is well worth a visit, which has plenty of shops, restaurants and weekend car cruises.



A 15 minute drive will get you to Boggy Creek Airboat rides where you can take an exciting ride over some of Florida's marsh-lands and, again, see all sorts of wild creatures. Paragliding is also available over the lake, as well as jet-skiing and speed-boating.



At the back of Crescent Lakes is an enormous Conservation Area which has nature walks over a boarded walk-way where you can see exotic wildlife and birds and many species of plants and shrubs.
