This spacious and clean single home is located in a very quiet and safe family Neighborhood with easily access to anywhere in Calgary.

~please close the front and back door whenever you step into the house to keep the house insulated from animals, heat, cold, ,,,,

~We want to be respectful of everyone's sleeping schedule. We ask to be considerate of noise between 10:00 PM-7 AM. Please turn down music and reduce noise levels between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Monday to Saturday and 10 PM. to 9 AM. on Sundays and holidays, If you check in after 10:00 PM, please DON'T slam your car doors (close your car door carefully and quietly :-),
