By BUS- there are frequent KTEL bus routes to Lefkada from Athens, Thessalonica, Patras, and other major Greek cities. From Athens, bus service is daily and travel time is 5/6 hours. From Thessalonica, bus service is 2 times per week and travel time is 5 hours. The villa is part of a private little residential complex with a total of four villas in the cliffs above one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Greece, the Milos beach. Only these four houses are here at this beach. They were built on two platforms facing each other and afford a breathtaking open view of the Mediterranean Sea.The 125m² holiday house was built to a very high standard and offers all the necessary comfort. It has natural stone walls, traditional wooden doors and windows and displays the characteristic features of old local buildings. It also has dark wooden floors, windows with traditional curtains, matching furniture and leather sofas and carpets that create a cosy atmosphere. The ground floor has an open living and dining room with a cooking space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, s dishwasher, a coffee machine and a minibar. A washing machine, satellite TV, wireless Internet access and air conditioning are also provided. Above the living room there is a gallery with two single beds 90cm wide. You are sure to enjoy a good night’s sleep in the two comfortable, generous bedrooms with a canopy bed (180cm wide). One room also has an ensuite shower room. Both rooms afford a beautiful view of the sea. There is another spacious bathroom with a corner bath that can be accessed from the living room. Both bathrooms feature marble and high-quality fittings.The villa boasts a private pool and also has a private outdoor jacuzzi. A terrace with sun loungers, chairs and a large table with two parasols rounds off the outdoor area. You can enjoy the sun here at leisure, along with the wonderful view of the blue sea. The pool is very close to the house, so you can keep an eye on your children. On warm afternoons you can dine on the large terrace and enjoy the unforgettable sunsets in the evening and the panoramic view of the most beautiful beach in Greece. Above the villas there is a large parking area with a total of ten spaces.You can enjoy the great view from the house. A car is recommended for exploring the beautiful island independently.Just a short walk and a private stairway with 148 steps hewn into the rock lead directly down to the beautiful sandy beach, which you can almost call a private beach, owing to the location. Even in the height of summer, the only other access to the beach is from the village Agios Nikitas, by taxi boat or a difficult walking path. This will therefore not be a typical seaside holiday for you, but a very special experience that you will remember for a long time. Owing to the strict local building regulations, which do not permit any tall multiple-storey buildings, the island Lefkas has kept its special charm. There are grocery shops and tavernas in the village Agios Nikitas, a two-minute drive away or 10 minutes on foot. It is about a 30-minute drive to Preveza airport and an hour and 30 minutes to the harbour at Igoumenitsa.
