Quiet Time After 11:00 pm. This is in accordance with the local noise ordinance. Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity No Smoking in the home. No exceptions Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest Turn lights off and A.C/Heat to 65 degrees when away Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating. PARKING: a one car garage is provided along with parking for an additional vehicle in the driveway. Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of booking. Security Deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days before arrival. See cancellation policy for further details.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Immediate deposits are required to fully secure this property. Security deposits will be fully refunded within 30 days of move-out.

Cancellation Policy

Owner/Property Manager reserves the right to withhold the security deposit for cancellations 7 days before arrival. Last minute bookings within the 7-day of arrival window are non-refundable.
Cancellations on the arrival date forfeits the entire security deposit and 25% of the rental amount.
