* We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation picked up on your departure, leaving the accommodation untidy may result in an extra cleaning charge.
* Please contact immediately with any need or inconvenience you may have during your stay with the contact persons indicated in the booking confirmation. Complaints will only be dealt with during the stay.
* No parties, visits or more people than those booked are allowed unless prior notice and payment is made.
* Arrival and departure time to be agreed with the contact person. July and August or with other travellers arriving on the same day: arrival from 16:00 hours and departure before 10:00 hours.
* The deposit is given on arrival and is returned by BIZUM within a maximum of 48 hours if there are no damages.
* If the house admits you and you come with a pet, it is not allowed to enter the swimming pool. The deposit will not be returned until we have checked that there has been no damage and all excrement has been collected.
