The garden flat is a self-contained space and has a bathroom with walk-in shower, well-equipped kitchen, living area and bedroom to the rear.

The patio is all yours to use! We haven't had a chance to fix the lower levels of the garden yet so we've had to put a padlock on the gate for now.

The flat is all yours during your stay. The garden flat is located down a single staircase from street level. The front door has a keypad and the flat itself has a keysafe so you can get in as soon as you arrive, no handover required.

Please note, if you book for 2 guests, but would like to use the sofabed it'll cost £20 one time fee to cover our extra linen&towels cost.
If you book for 3 guests, it is included in the price.
