Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire villa
including the private pool, all 3 bedrooms, the party lounge,
full kitchen, and outdoor deck area.

The villa is located in the Khao Kho highlands, Phetchabun
province — best explored by car. The area has a relaxed pace
and winding mountain roads, so a 4WD or SUV is recommended
especially in the rainy season.

House Rules
1. **Check-in / Check-out:** Check-in is at 2:30 PM and Check-out is at 11:30 AM for all properties. Late check-out is not permitted. If you check out after 11:30 AM, a full night's room rate will be charged.

2. **Security Deposit:** A damage deposit of ฿2,000 is required upon arrival. The full amount will be refunded at check-out if no damage has occurred.

3. **Guest Count:** Please declare the accurate number of guests. If additional undeclared guests are found, an extra charge of ฿500 per person will apply.

4. **Staff Hours:** On-site staff are available until 7:00 PM. An errand/shopping service is available until 9:00 PM with a service fee of ฿50 per order.

5. **Illegal Substances:** Drugs and any illegal items are strictly prohibited. Anyone found with such items will be asked to leave immediately.

6. **Disputes & Disturbances:** Any fighting, quarreling, or incidents reported to the police will result in immediate eviction.

7. **Noise Policy:** No loud noise outside the property after 10:00 PM. Karaoke is permitted throughout the night — please keep doors closed to contain the sound.

8. **Kitchen Equipment:** Dishes, cookware, and cooking utensils are provided. Please clean them after use. If you prefer not to, a cleaning fee of ฿500 applies.

9. **Inflatable Floats:** Fancy inflatable rings are available for use in the pool. If damaged, a fee of ฿1,000 will be charged. They may be purchased and taken home.

10. **Property Damage:** Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged at actual cost (materials + labor). Moving furniture is strictly prohibited.

11. **Other Properties:** Guests are not permitted to enter other rental properties on the premises, out of respect for other guests' privacy.

12. **Pool & Food:** Food and beverages are not allowed in the swimming pool. If food debris or water contamination is found, a cleaning fee of ฿2,000 will be charged.

13. **Pets:** No pets of any kind are allowed on the premises. A fine of ฿1,000 will be charged if a pet is brought in.

14. **Personal Belongings:** Please keep your valuables secure, lock your room when leaving, and check all belongings before check-out. The property is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

15. **Towels & Bedding:** Towels are provided based on the maximum occupancy of each property (e.g., a property for 8–10 guests receives 10 towels). Some toiletries are provided; guests should bring additional supplies as needed. Extra items are available at the following rates:
- Extra bedding set (foldable mattress, sheet, blanket, towel): ฿500/set
- Extra blanket: ฿100/piece
- Extra towel: ฿50/piece
- Extra pillow: ฿50/piece

Swimming Pool Rules

1. Please shower before entering the pool.
2. **No food or drinks in the pool.** If food debris or water contamination is found, a cleaning fee of ฿2,000 applies.
3. **No vomiting, urinating, or defecating in the pool.** If detected, a cleaning fee of ฿2,000 will be charged.
4. Inflatable rings are available. If damaged, a fee of ฿1,000 will be charged.
